How it works
You've decided that you need some help with your small business, and you've taken the time to look for a virtual assistant and you've filled out the contact form. What happens now?
Once I receive your inquiry, we'll schedule a time to have a video call--I usually use Zoom. During that half hour discovery call, we'll both have the time to ask each other questions and get to know each other a little better.
I typically like to ask about the scope of your project, any timelines required, your style, technical details, and your budget.
When we hang up, I'll give you some time to think about the conversation, and if you decide to hire me, I'll send you a contract with all of the specific details. Depending on the project, a retainer fee may be required.
Once the contract is signed, I'll send you a welcome packet with more information about how I work and what our next steps will be.
